Basic Plus Will
Who might it be appropriate for?
The Basic Plus Will is appropriate in the same circumstances as
the "Basic Will (spouse and children)" or "Basic Will
(children)". That is:
- the "Basic Will (spouse and children)" is only applicable where
there is a nuclear family of a spouse and children and you wish to
leave your estate to your spouse if they survive you; if they do
not, then to your children in equal shares; or
- the "Basic Will (children)" is only applicable where there is
no surviving spouse and you wish to leave your estate to your
children in equal shares.
The "Basic Plus Will" has the same attributes as "Basic Will
(spouse and children)" and "Basic Will (children)" but allows for
certain other matters to be included.
