The information requirements for a Basic Plus Will (children)
are as follows:

- children details;
- grandchildren details;
- substitute executor (if any) details;
- beneficiaries (if no children or grandchildren survive you)
details; and
- guardian (if any) of minor children details.
The "details" needed are:
- full name
- relationship to you
- address
- occupation
- date of birth
You also need to specify:
