Background
I have more than 30 years experience as a commercial lawyer in a
wide spectrum of commercial and commercial litigation work. I
was born and educated in Perth and my working career has been in
Perth.
University Qualifications
Degrees from University of Western Australia:
• Bachelor of Jurisprudence (1979)
• Bachelor of Laws (Hons) (1980)
• Master of Laws (distinction) (2005)
Experience
Dwyer & Thomas was a medium sized commercial law firm in
Perth. I commenced my articles of clerkship with them in 1979
and was admitted to practice in December 1980.
I became a partner there in 1984 and managing partner from 1989
- 1996.
Since 1996 I have been practicing as a sole practitioner.
