Standard Plus Will
Who might it be appropriate for?
The "Standard Plus" Will will be appropriate where you
own a business or have associated entities such as family companies
or family trusts. The "Standard Plus" Will deals with all of
the matters contained in the "Standard" Will option and in addition
will deal with your business interests and associated entities.
What additional matters does the option provide for?
It is necessary to give consideration to any business that
you own or associated entities in which you have an interest to
ensure that your Will achieves your overall objectives. It
may well be necessary to review the accounts and documentation
associated with your businesses and associated entities to
ascertain how your Will interacts with these other interests.
