Procedure
You choose the procedure for
getting me to do your Will.
You can just telephone me and arrange an
appointment to discuss your requirements in a conference with
me. You do not need to do any preparation for the
conference. However, this approach involves more time spent
by me and inevitably adds to the cost of your Will.
If you follow the recommended procedure, you
can reduce costs by doing some preparation before the conference
and providing me with information that I will need in order to
prepare your Will.
It is not necessary that you know precisely what you require in
your Will. I may well have some suggestions and recommendations for
you. However, it is preferable if you have at least given some
consideration to relevant matters.
