Testamentary Trusts
The idea that estate planning and the use of testamentary trusts
is for the "rich and wealthy" is wrong; most middle-class
families will benefit significantly from the inclusion of
testamentary trusts in their Wills.
You do not have to decide at the outset that you wish to have a
testamentary trust as part of your Will. It may be
appropriate to simply initially prepare and consider your Will
without giving details consideration to it. You can then
discuss with me and your financial advisers whether the use of one
or more testamentary trust is going to be useful in your
circumstances and with the objectives that you have.
