Additional matters Standard Will
What additional matters does the "Standard Will" option provide
for?
In addition to the matters covered by the "Basic Plus" Will
option, the "Standard Will" deals with any issues that may arise
because of your particular circumstances. Such matters may
include considering any of the following:
- a range of options for the appointment of executors and
substitute executors;
- executor powers;
- executors remuneration;
- how debts of the estate are to be paid;
- assets and liabilities forming part of the estate;
- assets not forming part of the estate;
- a wide range of possibilities for the disposition of the
estate;
- financial arrangements for guardians; and
- any other issues arising from your circumstances.
