Checklist – Standard Plus Will
The information requirements for a "Standard Plus" Will are the
same as for the "Standard" option and additional information in
relation to associated entities and businesses including:
- details of associated entities and structure including details
of equity holders;
- details of directors of any companies (if any);
- details of businesses owned by you;
- assets and liabilities of associated entities and
businesses. It will be necessary to provide me with copies of
up-to-date financial statements;
- constitutions of family companies or trustee companies;
- trust deeds of any trusts; and
- details of objectives in relation to ongoing control of
associated entities.
