Recommended procedure
If you wish me to prepare your Will it is not
necessary to do any preparation, however, I recommend that you
adopt the following procedure:
- Read the material on this web site: Background
Information, Will Types and Costs.
- Select the Will option that you desire from Will Types.
The procedure may vary
depending upon the Will Type selected. You can always change
selections later and it is more about selecting a starting
point.
- Prepare the information requirements by
reference to the various checklists depending on the Will Type.
It is not necessary that you are able to provide all of the
information listed, however, the more information you are able
to provide the better.
- Give consideration to any particular matters or
questions that you may wish to discuss with me and make a
note of them.
- Telephone me to arrange an appointment.
